i was in the non-profit shop on campus today, there must have been 5 frame in the recycling because they had ceased parts or possibly a stripped BB on one. I could tell that liquid wrench hadn't even been applied to one of them, If I had my own vehicle I would load them up, take em home, let the LW soak for a while and remove all stuck parts using the magic of leverage and then sell the frame for fixed gears on CL for $40 a piece or something. But time and effort come at a premium these days as does space. several of them very old UO-8 or similar.
