barba, the decal is kind of slotted. The number nearest the spoke is 32, I somehow got thinking this might be a suggestion for a nominal tire size.
The other thing that concerned me was the rim was in fact wider than what I took off. I had to relieve my brake cable some to fit the rim without rubbing.
