I have that exact same frame. I also posted a 'what is it' thread in the C & V forum. They were never able to nail it down exactly, but they got close. Even posted a few pics of vintage catalogs to help narrow it down.
Checked out those pics. I think it is a Record. What conclusion did you come up with?
