Dude... at least have it looked at. Like another poster said, it's too late to stitch. But a doctor can clean it better for you and give you some antiseptic.

I actually use cayenne pepper powder. It bites but the high content of vitamin C in it will help the capillaries heal and bring fresh blood to the area. I got a nasty cut last month and you can't even see the scar. Cayenne is a great disinfectant.
