Couple from my Death Valley trip this weekend during my "waste of time" base period.
69kg, 178 max hr, a depressing 47 y/o in a month. Both rides had mostly zone 2 work in them based on HR. I pick up a fair amount of watts at sea level vs. my testing altitude (6k) so I don't use the power numbers for specific training down there. NP number is a indicator given the amount of down in the long ride.
For the CP geeks by Sunday's ride (5 minute JPG) I was at -39 TSB 148 ATL and 108 CTL. Because of the trip I decided to give a 5 week cycle a shot.
Recovery this week and start Build 1.1 next week. Hoping to push the 5 minute number up into the mid 400 area and lose a couple of kg by race season. That way I can watch Pizza ride slowly off instead of rapidly
