Looking at his numbers, the IF for his ride was 90% of his FT for 3 hours and some 50 minutes (disclaimer--that does not mean Vino can hold 90% of his FT for 3 hours at a steady state). His hard efforts (AWC) inflated his overall wattage and IF. Because of large difference with his NP and AVP, I guess that he did his hard effort during climbing. In any case, that was no LSD ride. Or is LSD when on the flat but he probably hit vo2max power once on the climb. I hope Vino can make up his mind though.
