what i ride and other things
1. Ride a lightning p38, recumbant.
2. Lots too many to list here,, but glucosamine is at top of list lots amino acids.
3. yes, have slowed down quite a bit,but still keep at it,just at a slower pace. Just started riding again after about a 4 year lay off, because of hip problems and then a move from calif to florida.
4. Been riding pretty much all my life,,had a few periods when I didnt ride,,like viet nam ,, past 3 years, and a few other times over short periods.
5. Used to commute daily when I was working,, did a lot of short rides, enjoyed a few long rides.
6. Working back into biking now,,and at the moment doing bout 10 miles a day,, hope to increase as time goes on.
7.. Lift doing light weights ,practice karate and tai ji quan on a daily basis.
