I've had dogs all my life, mutts, labs, setters, you name it. I got a Golden pup in 1987, and he lived for 16 years. He was the best dog I ever had - by far. It took us over two years before we were over losing him enough to get another one.

We finally got the one I posted above (Cody), and are in love with him. But he's got some big "shoes" to fill.
