CyclingPlus is the only bike magazine that I subscribe to. If you subscribe from their web site, price for USA delivery is about $80 for 1 year or $140 for 2 years (13 issues/year). Yeah, that's about 10 times as much as Bicycling magazine, but the quality is 20 times higher.
