I have used Sidi Genius since the G1 came out. I use G 5 non carbon and they are as all Sidi shoes are - well made and will give you many hours or years of service. What I like about he Genius over their lesser priced models is the ratching closure device. Years ago, Sidi were the only ones with this. It's just really easy to reach down during a ride and click it tighter if the shoe feels loose. Now, if you have wide feet, go with their Mega. Sidi does have a tendancy to fit a little snug in the nose or toe area. Also, you may want to size up a half or full size. I wear a size 12 but need a 48 Sidi shoe (13).
