During the week (I work both from home and at an office, so I'm including both)
Breakfast at work: Usually 2 bananas, or if I forget to bring them, a low fat blueberry muffin from the cafe.
Breakfast while working from home: Bowl of Raisin Bran
Lunch at work: Roast beef on a tomato wrap, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear
Lunch while working from home: Usually a couple PB&J's (going light on the contents) on wheat bread, OR to change it up - 1 can of tuna split between two sandwiches, using Miracle Whip and a few pickle slices on each sandwich.
Dinner: Depends...sometimes a few more sandwiches, or if I'm riding a lot, pasta
Been eating hummus quite a bit lately as well...usually for a snack on pita bread.
