What did you think it would cost realistically? That's not sarcasm, just an open ended question. If you have predetermined ideas about what it should cost, that's how I would start the conversation with your frame painter.

For what you describe, flat paint, with gloss accents maybe, custom color mixing/ matching, frame shipping (insured) to and from a painter that actually knows how to paint a bike and not fill the bottom bracket threads with paint, or powder coat and then try to bake a carbon fork etc. etc. Are you ready for this? $475-600. That's the real world.
