Bikes: Bikes are environmentally damaging

Now now Jim, my Epic has not had any fine tuning yet. Lighter wheels and tires are to come along with a few lighter components. But the scalpel has heavier (avid mechanical) disc brakes and the Epic has avid v brakes. So there would be a greater weight diff with the same brakes. I'm gonna keep the Epic set up with v-brakes and ride it in dry conditions.

BTW, today is the first day of ownership for the Epic and since I had no babysitter for Samantha I had to attach her chariot to it and pull her at Stone mountain. It rides good and the mud tires sounded like bubba with his truck and super swamper mud tires riding down the road.

The F1000 is officially the wifes steed now. The Epic is my hardtail that morphs when needed. I cannot wait to try it on some single track...
