I think most bike shops can order Campy parts through their distributors. I ordered some from my LBS in Hamilton, no problem. He's a Marinonni dealer, I think they distribute the Campy parts, but not sure.
For gluing, you might want to try JB Weld, it's a great 2 part epoxy, (it's holding the oil pan together in my pick up truck) It's about $10 @ Canadian Tire.
