1. Giant OCR2 Carbon, Raleigh Venture 4.0
2. Glucosamine/chondroitin, multivitamin
3. a little, but still ahead of most of my age group around here.
4. new to serious biking. just got started last july. now in training for the stp in july. then plan on hitting all the centuries in the northwest as time allows.
5. i ride on the military installation that i work on, lots of narrow asphalt roads between empty ammo bunkers-probably at least 150miles+ with no traffic, ride around the area as much as possible, weather permitting, if not, then spin class.
6. only have a few hundred miles so far, have to start keeping track, just got a catseye 8 for the giant.
7. i work out almost daily at the base gym, and walk with the wife.
