I don't know about 9:23, but it was damn cold at 9:20 when I went off

I was #40, 50+. I must have been right in front of you. Got a 21:35 I think. Or maybe 21:45. I could NOT get my legs to warm up until 2/3 of the way to the turn around.

BTW, It was 32 at 9:05 when I rode to the start line.
