When I'm driving in downtown T.O. cyclists are more likely to pass me than vice versa. They usually leave about 2-3 inches of clearance as they buzz me on the right. Boy, does that freak me out I wish those cyclists would give cars at least three feet - my paint could get scratched!

Seriously, though - passing a cyclist is a rare occurance. I give three feet or a lane depending on the conditions (in many cases there is only one lane of traffic).
