It was well written, thought provoking (I would often stop reading to think about what I just read) and had a ton, a ton, of information about four food chains: industrial, industrial organic, sustainable local/beyond organic and hunter/gatherer. Word. I bought Botany of Desire in South Station before a train trip and loved it. Granted, I lived
on a farm the month before.
I havent gotten a chance to start omnivores dilema.
