Bought some new tubes today, after pumping them up to max pressure I can feel a soft spot on the top of the tire above where the valve stem is. Is this normal, never experienced this before. The tires are 700x 30 Kendras, tire look to be in decent shape, could I have gotten the wrong size tubes..
