no, but i bet Sheldon has a 9 speed freehub body that you can replace your 7 speed with. re-dish the wheel and good to go.

of course, all this is moot if the distance between the dropouts is less than 130mm. unless it's a steel Allez, and then you can probably bend the stays a bit to fit the wheel in. makes changing the wheel a bit of a *****, but it works.

been running my old 7 speed Sirrus as a 9 speed for about five years now, using downtube shifters in friction. mine was easy, as i busted a rim, so just bought a whole new wheel. and don't even bother switching chainrings, you ought to be able to use what you have. just the freehub body, cassette, and chain is all you need.
