I live in a similar kind of building. At the beginning of each trainer season I go around to all my adjacent neighbors to tell them what I'm going to do. Then I ask them if there are any times when they are usually out. Finally, I give them my cell number and tell them to call me if I'm bothering them and that I'll stop immediately. Our building also has a roof - no need for heaters - you'll make your own.
