Great find! Good for you! Here's an idea about your brakes. There's a guy on Schwinn Forum who has a '66 P-14 he's riding as a fixie. He wants to add a front brake. Maybe you could split the cost of a set of record brake calipers? I'll give him the link to this post. Can't wait to see your Paramount restored!
