personally, i think we should assign some trustworthy person to be a liason. That person can set up a paypal account, and we can send a $25? deposit to that account to show we are serious about a purchase. In the notes with the payment we can send our vote along for color, size, frame, etc. I think this is the only way we can actually say to Tony: "we want X frames" without havin to say later "Whoops.. we actually are only getting X-45 frames" because people were just talkin the talk. also, it will help keep votes straight as people will only vote once unless they send another $25 deposit and buy a second(or third, etc) frame. in which case they are welcome to another vote.
