I like nice riding gear. I have both Assos FI 13 S-2's high end bibs as well as Pearl Izumi's Microsensor 3D pro bib. The Assos bib's cost me about $120.00 more than the PI's. I do prefer the Assos over the Pi's but I am not sure if I can honestly say it is worth almost 3 times the amount of money. I guess my opinion is this. Everyone should have one pair of the best for those special rides. If you can afford to.....go for it. You won't be sorry you have them.
