Gettin' back into it...
I'm over 50 and getting back into cycling after a 15 year hiatus. My goal is to ride at least one century this year. Alright, I'm slightly overweight and my aerobic abilities are nowhere to be found, but I have the desire and other than the stuff I just mentioned I'm in relatively good shape. I live in the northeast so this time of year cycling is not really an option, although I do have a trainer around here somewhere. If anyone can suggest some good training materials or has a regimen or techniques that they've found to work I sure would appreciate the information.
