What's your favorite Italian dish?
First one to come up with the correct/most amusing answers can have the frame.
I'll take a shot:
A)I have an Italian BB here on my desk, believe it or not, and it says 36X24F on it. I think that is the type of threading but most people just call it reverse threading ie: you have to use blue loctite on it. My Ciocc originally came with a BB that had been put on with
red loctite and damn, that sucker was hard to take off.
B)It also says 70Nm on it. I guess this is Italian for 70cm

C)I made this yesterday----gnochhi with pesto and hot Italian sausage. Damn, it is good but I don't recall the Italian name for it, maybe it is Gnocci Arabiata? I basically just cut up a lot of garlic and onion and add some store-bought pesto to a couple of sausages sliced up and then throw it all on top of some gnocchi. It is a simple and light dish, really good comfort food, y'know?
Were you able to get the seatpost out? Is it really a 60cm frame? I ride a 60 right now and it looks smaller than that, weird.
