Ultegra 9 speed triple to double FD issue
I just converted my Utlegra triple to a compact double.
I change the FD to a double .
When I installed the cable I on the FD I went to the full slack position then installed.
Now what was my trim position is there when I shift to the big ring.
Let me say it another way.
Starting in the small ring.. when I shift to the large ring I have to trim the FD to stop the rub.
How do I adjust this out.
Do I start with the shifter in a different position then cable up the FD?
Other thoughts?
