Hey guys I always get a lot of great help when I post all my problems here (I am not great on the technical side of my bike, but thanks to this forum I have learned a lot).

I bought a trainer that was recommended to me on here (fluid trainer from performance) and I recently popped my tire and need to get a replacement tube.



That is a picture of the rim.. Now I don't know exactly what that means and what size I need to get. My manual and stuff are back home, but I doubt those would help much anyways.

Also, could I have popped the tire from to much pressure on the trainer?

Also, also, playing the Wii, and GC games while riding makes the time go by MUCH faster (when your tire isn't flat )
