New Skills on My Rollers!
I got bored on my rollers, so I decided to work on some of my skills. I was able to accomplish the following. Some of them I have been working on a bit, but I was able to do all of these will ease and grace last night (using the tri bike - because it always has training tires on it):
1) single leg drills (both right and left)
2) 1 handed (both right and left)
3) standing while riding (highest gear and fairly gingerly, but rocking the bike back and forth)
4) NO HANDS - once I got the hang of it, it wasnt that hard and I was able to do smoothly for several minutes, even while looking around and over my shoulder
I love my $99 Performance Travel Tracs!
Next up - no hands and single leg drills simultaneously
After that - no hands, single leg, while standing. When I have that done, I will start a clinic!
