I love Kansas weather...ever changing.





I have 2 weeks off (paternity leave) so I made me up a pair of studded tires for the lovely KS weather. These are an old set of Bontrager Jones ACX tires that came on my Fisher OEM. I was gonna pitch them, but this seemed to be a good idea. Ya know, I was gonna use an inner tube and some tack as a tire liner, but I ran across some "Gorilla Tape" in the duct tape isle at Home Depot. This stuff is very thick and durable. I used 2 layers...seems possibly tougher than an inner tube. We'll see, I guess.
