Increased growth hormone will make you larger and stronger. It will actually make you physically younger. Though, this does come at a price. You develop insulin resistance and become diabetic. In our observations, mice producing excess growth hormone are usually twice the size of normal mice, and have half the life expectancy.
On the other hand, a lack of growth hormone or growth hormone receptors produced mice that are twice as small, are not diabetic, and live twice as long as normal mice.
So if you want to use HGH to enhance your performance, expect to become really strong, but at the cost of becoming diabetic and shortening your life.
Of course, you should know that things in mice don't always translate exactly over to humans.
