The real question is this: Why are BD customers so sensitive about someone making fun of their bike?
I'm glad that people who bought bikes from BD like them. From what I've gathered they're a decent bike for the money. But if you're going to buy a bargain-basement bike, have a thick enough skin to be OK with it when people call it what it is.
Because it's a continuous thing with BD. Look at the track record, not one week goes by with nonsense like this. If you are always told you are the ugly duckling after a while you either believe it or are defensive about it.
