I'm looking to tour your excellent country in late April, for 9 days, possibly from Lake Consance to Salzburg, or maybe around the Black Forest, but we're finding difficult getting flights that are bike freindly.
I heard that it is possible to rent bikes from stations in Germany, taking them from one station and leaving them at another.
Can you tell me if they are readilly available, if they are suitable for touring, and if there are any links to any places which offer the service.
