I'd post pics of my first "deck" but they didn't have cameras back then.

2" thick piece of hardwood about 5" wide with CLAY wheels.

similar to this one on eBay, but mine was finished like a basketball court with glossy polyurethane.


The skateboards they have nowadays, even dogs can skate on them.
