Speaking of commuting, i think im gonna get my old crap pair of Panracer Fire XC's and drill some screws in there and make my own studded tires for my kona commuter... Did you guys just duct tape the hell out of the inside of the tire?
Maybe Spring will come to Saskatchewan soon? (not holding my breath.....)

When I made my pair of studs, I just used a tube that was split to be a liner for the actual tube. It worked well.

Yes, I we have been hearing how mild is it out east. I was talking to a Client in town today from Waterloo, he said 2 weeks ago he was BBQ'ing outside on his deck in his bare feet
