The stock carbon seatpost on my Lemond was out of spec and kept slipping. My Trek dealer wasn't sure if they'd be able to get an exact replacement so he had me browse the catalog. Didn't exactly shoot for the moon, but asked for a Race X Lite. Got the seatpost the following week, no hassles, no paperwork. That type of service (along with the quality of my bike) is what will keep me coming back.
