From the pictures it looks pretty decent to me. How much if you don't mind my asking? The saddle looks to be shot, but you got your Prestube rack The light is a battery powered unit, pretty feeble but definitely vintage. I bought a similar vintage ladies Sports for way to much to strip parts off of... Check the rear hub for a date, but it looks like late 70's to me.
