I was the subject of a Missed Connection over the summer; I'd never heard of MC on Craigslist but the day it was posted
every co-worker of mine knew about it and bugged me about it, mercilessly*. I also received an email, CC'd to at least 40 people, from a friend of mine who had spotted it, also on the same day it was posted and all of those 40 people bugged me as well*. So yeah, I guess a lot of people read that section of CL.
*secretly, it was awesome!
