+1... except I do have to say that my 9spd 105 shifters are more comfy in the hoods than my ultegra 10spds... either way, put them on loosely, loose stem handlebar bolts... adjust the handlebar angle and shifter location until it feels right... check all hand positions... find the sweet spot... tighten... ride
