I vote for Open Pro rims and some flavor of stock Campy hubs. My understanding is that all campy hubs use basically the same bearings with the main differences being a slight weight decrease as you go up the line. 14/15 drive rear and something lighter for the front and non drive rear (AE15's are pretty light and slightly aero).
