Yeah, teen driving can be quite something... We had a couple of accidents in Ontario within a fairly short time of each other: teen drivers crossing the yellow line and entering the oncoming lane for no reason. In both cases the car was loaded with teens, and I think death tolls were something like 4 and 5 respectively. I was really amazed at some of the language in the newspapers. There were phrases like: "A car full of teenagers veered into the oncoming lane and collided with a van, killing all five teens." Yeah, right, the bad nasty car decided to veer and the poor little driver had nothing to do with to.
We're all gambling our lives when we set wheels on the road, whether two or four. Fortunately the chances of losing are quite low, statistically speaking.
