It's tough to tell the difference between my 350 front and my 33 back. It wasn't intentional (I bought the 33 with a powertap already laced up) but if I had the right stickers, you couldn't tell unless you're really looking.
I actually have a 350 rear rim, but it's already built up, and I'd prefer to keep it light - and by that I mean no powertap.
