get your butt to the gym!
I go through the same thing where it's so cold I just dont want to get out, so I have now a whole room dedicated to work out in my home, every equipment i need is in it, so if I dont hit the gym the gym will hit me when I cross the room, but beside that here's a though that always gets my butt going..
