no one makes a shim this close for seatposts..
you need a shim .2mm thick (it's a circle, remember)

you can try a can.. or even buy some shim stock, but then you'd be spending money you might as well spend on the right post

whatever you do, don't overtighten the binder if your post is slipping.. that's how seatlugs get cracked all the time
