Yes, I meant rotation. Long ago the standard was with the drops parallel to the ground. Don't get hung up on it though, go with what is comfortable and fits.

As for flip it...that was in reference to the stem height, or rather the positive nature of the rise. Do a search on "flip-it" and you will see what I mean.
