Bikes: Canyon Ultimate, GF 29'r, Specialized Crux

Campy 8 speed
Does anyone know a sorce for Campy 8 speed stuff? Shimano still sells 8 speed cassettes, but I can't seem to find any Campy. With a little filing will a Shimano work?
