Same here. I was all decked out for an Arctic expedition and consequently found myself quite comfortable on the ride in. There is something really exhilirating about winter riding although I almost took the subway today since my boyfriend really wanted me to after reading the forecast. But it's amazing how many cyclists I keep seeing every day under these conditions. I even saw a guy today riding with a kid in a child seat. They seemed to be enjoying the ride.

The drivers, however, seem to have the most miserable time with all the snow etc. My mother was complaining to me today how slow her drive was because people were driving like morons creating jams everywhere.
That's it for the weather report, now on to the traffic news.

A truck almost turned left into me, and since AirZound is next to useless in temps like this I just yelled "Hey!" on top of my lungs. My voice stops cars! Pretty powerful!

I also heard one of the longest honks I've ever heard on the road today. And it wasn't directed at me. Just cagers being mean to each other... And yeah, passed a two-car accident scene at Avenue and Davenport. Can anyone explain to me how you have a collision at 6:30 a.m. on basically empty streets? Beats me...
