Fair enough. The thing is that even though the stem is pointing down it is raised up quite a bit and the actual height of the bars is about equivalent to a straight ahead stem all the way down, or even raised a bit. Why that stem? Because it looks hawt. Honestly I don't think that's too ridiculous. It depends on the dude's position when he rides it. If he's got a goofy position and is way too low then yeah something is wrong. The thing is sometimes bike setups can be deceiving. This one surprised me the first time I saw it:

Look at the drop from saddle to bars on this bike! But then look at the pic of the guy taking his own picture from a reflection and notice that he's riding pretty upright. He has long limbs. This is just my really long way of saying you never know from just looking at someone's bike. God I need to stop posting I swear this is probably it for me today
