Bikes: , Jury Bike, Moto Outcast 29, Spicer standard track frame and spicer custom steel sprint frame.

I recently switched form platforms to time atacs and mtb shoes and love it no more foot cramps and I can walk in the shoes off the bike unlike my old slotted cleat shoes
