OK, now my new shorter commute is getting back to the extreme category. -6F this morning, windchill around -20ish, iced up snow on the road the whole way. The bike didn't have any traction problems, but the damn cars sure did, slipping and sliding all over the place. It was a balmy 8F riding home...I was tempted to rip off my clothes and work on my tan and wondered why all the roadies weren't out basking in the tropical evening.
More of the same temps in the morning, but the roads were dry riding home and hopefully will be in the morning. Not much relief in the temps until later in the week when we might just hit 15! havin a heat wave....
I'm thinking ctreedude might be looking for migrant laborers?
